Beginning

Combining prior experience in the insurance industry with a dependable and ethical way of conducting business, Carole Massey took on a failing commercial trucking insurance brokerage company and created Massey Insurance in 1980.

She continues the tradition of searching the best insurance companies and programs for truckers and small fleets—finding the right policy for the client at the most competitive price.

Family Business

Carole’s daughter Gini began working for Massey Insurance in 1988. Starting from the ground up, Gini learned the family business and helped uphold the agency’s primary objectives. In 2008, Gini officially became Massey Insurance’s company owner.

Honest Business

Despite the insurance industry’s competitive nature, Carole adhered to honest business practices and attracted a range of drivers who’ve since become loyal and repeat customers.

Pioneer

During that time, Carole was a pioneer in the industry as one of only two women in California whose agency specialized in truck insurance. Carole understood the intricacies of the insurance process and strove to offer affordable coverage during the market’s constant changes.
